I am a public school teacher, artist, mother and I write from perspectives as all three to things that seem compelling....with a hope it creates community and cross-communication in a busy world and life. I value human connectivity greatly.

Making Something
Today I'm doing a lesson/workshop on UMBRELLAs...
as a part of a Math/Science/Technology integration.
A colloquium on symmetry.
Very cool project. Still trying to figure my favorite, but I like them all. The oriental inspired blossoms probably take the prize but then again I like the bold colors of the butterflies. What a neat idea for expressing symmetry.
